Every day mental habits control my life. Most of us, most of the times are in a state of worry & tension for even very small things, which is making our mind to be in a state of disturbance most of the times. So we are actually not enjoying our days as we can. We should live each present moment completely and the future will take care of itself. Fully enjoy the beauty of each instant.

Practice the presence of peace

which is one of the prime qualities of the nature . The more we do that, the more we will feel that Supreme power in our life. Peace is the altar of God, the condition in which happiness exists. Some how I have to practice to remove worry from my mind what so ever the circumstances are, surely I will be able to take care of every thing around. Purpose of life is not to acquire things but to maintain peace and harmony with the nature. So don’t worry, just chill.
